What Trade Niche is
Trade Niche publishes information about software for traders, along with discount codes when partners offer them. We do not sell these tools, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a partner. Partners are responsible for their products, prices, refunds and support.
No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial advice, and trading involves a significant risk of loss. Our risk disclaimer is part of these terms.
Commissions
Some links and codes earn us a commission. Read how we make money.
Discount codes
Partners set the terms of their codes and can change or end them at any time. We cannot guarantee that a code will work.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for what happens through your account, so keep your password and your email secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Your feedback
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting feedback, you allow us to publish, display and reproduce it on Trade Niche and to promote the site with it, for as long as it stays published. You can delete your own feedback at any time.
Your feedback must reflect your own honest experience. We check it before it appears, and only for its form. We refuse spam, insults, personal data, promises of gains and content that is illegal. We do not remove feedback for being negative. Feedback cannot be edited: to change it, delete it and write a new message, which is checked again.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law on this site, attack or overload it, collect its data in bulk by automated means, try to get around its security or pass yourself off as someone else.
Our content
The text, design and logo of Trade Niche belong to us or to those who license them to us. Product names and logos belong to their owners. You can read and share our pages, but you cannot republish them as your own.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.
No guarantee
We provide the site as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it always will be, or that the information is complete or up to date.
Limit of liability
